RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We don't offer refunds for change of mind on any items.

All original artworks and prints sold through this website are final sale and aren't eligible for return, exchange or refund, except in the case of damage during delivery as set out below.

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

We take care to package every item properly before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, get in touch at melanie@arnocarstens.xyz within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a repair, a replacement, or where the item is a unique original that can't be repaired or replaced, a refund or credit toward a future piece.
