Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc, who provide the e commerce platform that lets us sell our products and services to you.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses or other malicious code.

A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted across various networks, and may be adapted to fit technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted in transit.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Payment can be made via Visa and Mastercard through our payment gateway, PayGate (Pty) Ltd.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order, including orders that appear to use the same account, card, billing or shipping details. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of the order. We may also limit or refuse orders that appear, in our judgement, to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may give you access to third party tools that we don't monitor or control. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Card transactions for the Arno Carstens Store are acquired via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for South African acquiring banks. PayGate uses SSL3 encryption, and no card details are stored on our website. You can view PayGate's security certificate and policy at paygate.co.za.

SECTION 11. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Our site or Service may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct these, and to change or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, even after you've placed an order, without prior notice.

We're not obliged to update or clarify information on the site except as required by law, and the presence of an update or refresh date doesn't mean all information has been updated.
